The Safe Haven star kept cool during the hot day in Beverly Hills Friday in a printed halter dress, flashing a bit of side boob as she did some shopping at Barneys New York. Hough paired the revealing look with a white pair of loafers, shades and a cell phone case that matched her outfit. Julianne and her brother Derek Hough are gearing up for a dance tour around America called Move Live on Tour, in which they’ll travel around the country showing off the moves that made them famous on Dancing With the Stars.
