The Educating Rita actress will be honoured with the fellowship at the Bafta TV Awards next month. She won a gong at the same awards in 2010, for her role as Mo Mowlam in Channel 4 drama Mo – but now she’ll join the ranks of other small-screen icons like David Jason and Bruce Forsyth.
