It looks like Justin Bieber might be moving past his fight with Orlando Bloom by focusing his attention on finding a new place to live. Since Justin’s been having a bit of a problem with keeping things calm at his Beverly Hills condo, he’s been looking for new places in Los Angeles to call home. According to TMZ , Justin has narrowed down his search to either his own house or The Century building; AKA the exact same place where Candy Spelling lives! Candy’s not exactly new to celebrity antics thanks to her daughter Tori Speling and her love life , so she’d make the perfect Bieber-neighbor.
