Justin Bieber got a surprise last night, well two surprises, from the local police after they received a noise complaint coming from his Beverly Hills condo. the first visit was around 11:15 pm, and once officers arrived they didn’t hear anything out of the norm. However, about an hour later, the returned to the location after another complaint and authorities found about 40 people gathered around the rooftop of the building.
