Kanye West is working to honor his late mother by creating a video game featuring her as the main character.
West is adding yet another occupation to his resume by designing his first video game, called Only One.
Named after his new song dedicated to his mother Donda West, the rapper tells the radio show “The Breakfast Club” that he has been working hard on the slightly usual project, revealing, “I’m working on a video game for Only One, and the idea is it’s my mother going through the gates of heaven. And you gotta bring her to the highest gates of heaven by holding her to the light. We’ve been working on it for like six months.”
Donda West died in November, 2007 from heart disease and complications from a breast reduction, tummy tuck and liposuction procedure.
