The 35-year-old actress took to Instagram this week to share a funny behind-the-scene photo of herself filming a sexy scene for her new show State of Affairs. In the cute pic, the blond beauty flashes a giant smile while in bed topless and covering her breasts with a white sheet. Also in the bed is co-star Mark Tallman, show creator Joe Carnahan and several other male crewmatess who are all shirtless. Hiegl captioned the funny photo, “Nope I haven’t gone into the adult film business…just having a little fun w/ my amazingly supportive crew who shed their shirts in solidarity!!
