Although there are multiple couples in Hollywood who hang out together after splitting up, it seems like Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise are not one of them.
Reports surfaced that Katie and daughter Suri, whom she shares with the Jack Reacher actor, spent Christmas with Cruise, but that isn’t the case. A rep tells E! News that this couldn’t be farther from the truth.
“Katie did not spend Christmas afternoon with Tom Cruise as reported,” the rep tells us.
The Sun reported that Holmes, who split with Cruise in 2012 after five years of marriage, wanted to put her 8-year-old daughter’s best interests first, so allegedly decided to invite her ex over her home for the holiday. But, an insider tells the publication, Holmes remains wary of her ex-husband’s beliefs in Scientology.
