Perry went for a monochromatic look in an all-black Balenciaga tuxedo dress with knee-high, lace-up Giambattista Valli boots paired with a deep berry pout. Before she popped her collar, the songstress said to E! News’ Ali Fedotowsky, “It’s is sleek business woman slash dominatrix slash you don’t know what’s going on underneath this business attire.” The answer, if you’re wondering, is a corset, which she had to be sewn into.
