Looks like Kelly Osbourne is embroiled in a legal mess! Kelly’s former landlord filed a lawsuit against the Fashion Police star to the tune of 50k and his reasoning is super gross! The landlord, Arshia Refoua , claims Kelly let her doggie friends go potty all over the swanky West Hollywood rental, making hardwood floors impossible to clean. Though Refoua could very well be fabricating this poopy mess, the Osbourne family is not shy about their love for dogs or their struggle with canine potty training!
