Gentrification isn’t always funny, but leave it to Saturday Night Live to make it completely hilarious. This weekend’s episode, hosted by Kevin Hart, included a viral video that no one can stop watching. Hart, along with SNL regulars Kenan Thompson and Jay Pharoah, took aim at the newly hipster-fied Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, and nothing was off-limits. Artisanal mayonnaise shops selling the spread for $8 per jar? Check. Twentysomethings attending wine-and-painting parties and playing bluesy songs on acoustic guitars? Check. Spin classes, brunching and food blogs? Check, check and check.
