The screams were loud and the slime was falling at Saturday night’s 28th annual Kids’ Choice Awards, hosted by Nick Jonas and held at the Forum in Inglewood, Calif. Winners included Disney show Austin & Ally , Modern Family , Emma Stone and Angelina Jolie , who gave an inspired speech about daring to be different after accepting her award. Before the show, celebrities were cheerful on Nickelodeon’s orange carpet, despite the heat. Iggy Azalea, whose duet with Jennifer Hudson was one of the show’s three performances, talked about what to expect on the carpet. “This is a set,” she told The Hollywood Reporter. “Probably the best set that I’ve had. We’re just living in it and having so much fun together, and I’m really excited for everybody to see that.” Azalea was not nervous about potentially getting pranked. “I’m prepared to get slimed,” she said. “I wrote it in my treatment — I want to get slimed!” Sadly, her wish did not come true.
