Kourtney Karashian says Scott Disick, who sought treatment at a rehab center last month, has “been on a really good path.” Her 31-year-old beau and father of their three children checked himself into a facility in Costa Rica for an undisclosed ailment and left the center after a week. He had told E! News he planned on returning to continue his treatment. The couple recently celebrated Kourtney’s 36th birthday at a party with friends at 1OAK nightclub in Las Vegas and Disick is set to return to the venue to host another party on Friday.
