Kristen Bell brightened up the day of a young girl stricken with an inoperable brain tumor.
Bell, who voiced Princess Anna in Disney’s animated film Frozen, called Avery Huffman with a special message from the Queen of Arendelle.
She said while in character, “Avery my sister Elsa says she’s heard that you’ve been such a good girl and that you’ve been so brave that she has decided to crown you as an honorary princess of Arendelle!”
Bell added before signing off, “that’s so exciting! I think you’ll make a great princess.”
The 6-year-old was diagnosed last month with a tumor on her brain stem.
