Bridesmaids screenwriters Kristen Wiig and Annie Mumolo are finally reteaming for a new comedy. The duo will write, produce and star in the film for Tom Rothman’s TriStar Productions. The project is also intended as a directing debut for Wiig. While most details about the storyline are being kept under wraps, THR has learned that Wiig and Mumolo will play best friends who find themselves in over their heads and out of their depths.
