Two months after The Fabulist co-host gave birth to her second son, Jaxon Wyatt, she returned to the red carpet for the International Fashion Film Awards in Beverly Hills Sunday. Cavallari looked lovely as ever wearing a crimson Zac Posen dress that accentuated her trim post-baby body. The former MTV reality star carried Glomesh’s gold “Sarah” bag and added a touch of glamour with L’Dezen Jewellery.
