Everything OK, Kristin Chenoweth? The actress worried her Twitter fans Monday after she gave a tiny update on her health. The 46-year-old star wrote, “Back in la. Unable to move. Numbness and tingling in arm. Going to cedars dr tomorrow. Ah anyone who prays please do!” Chenoweth didn’t disclose the details of her injury until Tuesday, the Broadway star tweeting, “Thanks for all the good vibes everyone. Stupid ole neck flares up again. Thanks for the ‘neck’ support!” In July 2012, a falling light fixture seriously injured Chenoweth on the set of CBS’ The Good Wife. In fact, that accident made her leave the show. Several months later, she admitted to still being “issue-ridden.”
