According to In Touch magazine, the smoking hot Chicago Fire star has been on the lookout for an engagement ring for his girlfriend of two years. The magazine says 32 year old Kinney has “been looking at engagement rings for her for a couple of months. He has told a couple of his close guy friends that he wants to propose soon.”
