The latest woman to accuse Bill Cosby of sexually assaulting her says it happened at a Playboy Mansion party, but the comedian’s lawyer said Friday that Cosby wasn’t even in California at the time, let alone the 2008 party in L.A., and he intends to prove it. But Cosby’s attorney, Martin D. Singer, said the themed party took place on Aug. 9, and Mr. Cosby was in New York on that date. Singer said he would give documentary evidence to the appropriate authorities which conclusively establishes Mr. Cosby’s whereabouts on August 9th and for the preceding and succeeding days.
