Legendary Pictures is going small. The studio of Godzilla and Pacific Rim quietly is backing low-budget sports documentaries and has inked a deal with Prospect Productions, an Emmy-winning banner whose credits include ESPN’s 30 for 30 and Sunday Night Baseball.
