Between promoting her hit show Girls and New York Times bestseller Not That Kind of Girl, Lena Dunham has been building up a new project: Lenny. Alongside her production partner Jenni Konner, Dunham is preparing to launch the weekly newsletter in September. Dunham told Buzzfeed, “[Lenny will be for] an army of like-minded women and the people who love them, who want to bring change but also want to know where to buy the best tube top for summer that isn’t going to cost your entire paycheck.”
The newsletter will focus on an array of feminist and women’s interest topics and will be helmed by a team comprised of editor-in-chief Jessica Grose, associate editor Laia Garcia, and editor-at-large Doreen St. Félix.
