Liam has jumped to the boy band’s defense, whom Noel criticized in a recent Rolling Stone interview, tweeting, “Hey NG leave those 1d kids alone.” It’s unclear which of Noel’s 1D-related comments Liam was referring to. During the interview, Noel offered his unfiltered opinion of Zayn Malik’s decision to leave the beloved British band. But he also brought up the group while discussing his 15-year-old daughter’s budding musical tastes.
