Uh-oh. Lindsay Lohan is in hot water with the law yet again, this time for failing to complete all of her required community service hours for the second time. Lindsay plans on citing her incurable mosquito virus that landed her in the hospital as the reason for her incompletion when she appears in court Wednesday, Jan. 28. TMZ reports that Lilo was required to do 240 hours of community service in connection with her 2012 reckless driving case, in which she ran into an 18-wheeler on the Pacific Coast Highway. On Nov. 6, 2014, Lindsay was required to show proof of her completion; however, Lindsay’s lawyer Shawn Holley told the judge that she’d only completed nearly half the hours.
