This morning, Timbaland mentioned on The Breakfast Club that rising Chicago MC Tink was originally featured on Rick Ross’ “Movin Bass” track with Jay Z. Well, after giving the greenlight to DJ Envy to premiere the track, the internet went to work and was able to rip the OG version of the song that features Tink trading bars with Rozay and Hov. No word as to why this version didn’t make its way onto Ross’ upcoming album, Hood Billionaire, but regardless, it’s a great look for Tink, who of course went in on the track.
