During the sit-down, which is part of “Madonna Week” on the daytime show, the singer opened up about everything from her recent fall at the Brit Awards and working with Kanye West to her penchant for dating younger men. She also revealed that she’d like the paparazzi to follow her around more often, saying, “I think people should go more crazy over me!”
