The agency will represent the Grammy winning singer in all of her professional endeavors.
Their reach will include managing her music and performances, film and television projects, endorsements, and licensing.
A European tour for next spring is already in the works through UTA reps.
It will mark her first tour on the continent in 13 years.
Carey is currently maintaining a Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum in Caesars Palace.
