Matt Bellamy has broken his silence after he and Kate Hudson announced their breakup. On Tuesday, the Muse frontman tweeted, “Love all of you guys! We’re both very happy, it’s for the best. Thanks for your kind words. Now about that new album.”
When the news broke on Monday, Kate’s rep said that the pair had been “separated for some time now” but that they remain close friends. The pair had been dating since 2010 and welcomed son Bingham Bellamy in July 2011.
