Frost/Nixon and Masters of Sex star Michael Sheen will be the subject of an upcoming BAFTA event in London. The event was announced Thursday by BAFTA’s Welsh branch. “An Audience with Michael Sheen” will “celebrate the work of one of Wales’ foremost actors and keen supporters of new talent.” “An Audience with Michael Sheen” will take place at BAFTA’s London headquarters on March 11. Sheen is no stranger to BAFTA, having picked up film and TV nominations for his performances in The Queen, Kenneth Williams: Fantabulosa! and Dirty Filthy Love. He has also received an Emmy nomination for The Special Relationship, one of three films in which he played former U.K. prime minister Tony Blair, and a Golden Globe nomination for Showtime drama Masters of Sex.
