While half the population had no idea who this funky, queen of the balloon suit was, the rest of us wondered why we ever stopped listening to “Work It” on repeat. But now that Missy’s iTunes numbers are sky rocketing, and the youths of the world have learned how to get their freak on, Missy is adorably celebrating her comeback on Twitter, saying she thinks it’s cool that young kids think she’s a new artist, and thanking Katy Perry profusely for giving her the chance to perform at the Superbowl.
