2015 marks a momentous occasion for the veteran rock n’ roll bank Motörhead.
Collectively the band will celebrate four decades along with their 22nd studio album.
The rock-inspired speed metal group will release Bad Magic on August 28th.
Helmsman Lemmy Kilmister first indicated new material was in the making back in September during a radio interview with Full Metal Jackie.
During the interview Kilmister said the band would probably enter the studio in January.
Their anniversary tour in Europe starts in Paris on November 15th with more dates to follow.
They also have a few Summer festival dates including Glastonbury and the Fuji Rock Festival in England and Japan respectively.
