Daft Punk’s mystique — the robot masks, the disinterest in interviews – has been intertwined in their persona since they formed in 1993. Now BBC Worldwide France is shedding some unexpected light on the French electronic duo with the new documentary Daft Punk Unchained, which explores the two-decade journey of Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo.
The doc tells the Daft Punk story using archival interview footage from 1996 to 2013.
