According to TMZ , in a deposition filed by the photographer from a run-in at LAX, Kanye West says he was convicted of felony back in 2000 for an incident at an OfficeMax in his home state of Illinois. He also says that he was a victim of racial profiling at the hands of the police and that he was innocent. racially profiled for having a white T-shirt and braids.”
