The Fox comedy New Girl is bringing another mom into the mix. The Hollywood Reports has learned that actress Anna George of Royal Pains has been tapped to guest star as Cece’s mother on newly announced fifth season. For George, the New Girl gig will mark the second time she has played the mother to actress Hannah Simone, who portrays Cece. The duo previously starred together in Miss India America. Production on season five is already under way as the series looks to accommodate star Zooey Deschanel’s pregnancy. George’s credits include Madam Secretary, Rules of Engagement, Law & Order and The Lovely Bones.
