Video · NFL's Roger Goodell Rejected Funny or Die, Refused to Be Ridiculed Like Obama on 'Between Two Ferns'

President Barack Obama has proven he can take a joke or two but NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has yet to do so. Funny or Die Sports executive producer Alex Richanbach shared a telling anecdote of a conversation his team had with the NFL about doing a video with Goodell for the site. Reporter Eric Sollenberger, paraphrasing Richanbach, said the NFL sent their talking points over to Funny or Die, who “responded by saying they’d be happy to address the talking points, but they wanted to make it clear that the comedy website would be making some jokes at the commissioner’s expense, obviously.”
