This morning old video of Justin Bieber telling a racist joke to his friends has surfaced. According to TMZ , Bieber was 15 at the time of the video that took place backstage at a charity event. TMZ also reports that they have had the video for four years, but didn’t run the video because of Bieber’s young age at the time of the footage. The video was posted this morning by the British site, The Sun . According to the report, Bieber will make a statement on the leaked video in the coming days.
