One Direction fans weren’t the only ones upset at Matt Lauer for boldly asking the pop stars if band member Zayn Malik has been abusing drugs, as Zayn himself has fired back at the Today host. Speaking to British publication The Sun, Zayn said, “I’m really angry and upset by what was said. I was really ill at the weekend, that’s why I couldn’t fly to America.”
