Paul McCartney visited The Daily Show on Tuesday to promote “Hope for the Future,” his original song written for the video game Destiny. But instead of discussing the track in detail, he and host Jon Stewart mostly goofed around about random topics, including McCartney’s subpar gaming skills and Stewart’s son’s preference for Ellen over The Daily Show. Before leaving the stage, McCartney also confirmed plans to attend the 2015 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction, where former bandmate Ringo Starr will receive the Award for Musical Excellence. McCartney first announced his Destiny collaboration via Twitter in 2012.
