Peter Berg is not happy with all the praise being heaped on Caitlyn Jenner — and is now mocking everyone from ESPN to President Obama for honoring her.
The “Friday Night Lights” director — who also produces and co-stars in “Ballers” — reposted a crass meme to Instagram following the ESPYs which compares a double amputee military vet to Caitlyn.
Berg wasn’t the only star to express outrage over Jenner getting the award — Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jarvis Landry also tweeted his disapproval with NFL linebacker Sio Moore retweeting his post. In response, ESPN host Michelle Beadle said the criticism over an arbitrary award was silly and that courage comes in many different forms.
