Pink Floyd’s two-decade absence from releasing new music will end on Nov. 10, when the remaining members of the English rock band release their album “The Endless River.” The new album, the group’s first since 1994, will primarily include instrumental tracks, though one song will feature lyrics from Polly Samson, who is guitarist David Gilmour’s wife. Samson notably spilled the beans about the album in a tweet in July. Pink Floyd began promoting the album’s cover artwork and release this week online and on billboards in the United States and England.
