Actress Raven-Symoné made a BIG fashion statement Tuesday night when she stepped out for the Empire premiere in Hollywood.
As she walked the red carpet in a floral jumpsuit with a black backpack and pink pumps, the 29-year-old actress automatically turned heads thanks to her bleached blonde hair color.
“I was bored with black, brown long hair that everyone has on TV,” she explained to E! News when asked about her new cut. “So I shaved it off and dyed it a weird ass color.”
