On Monday, the 28-year-old actor and 26-year-old British singer were spotted driving in Hollywood, both wearing super-sized shades. An insider says that “Rob really likes her,” adding that he and Twigs “have great chemistry together” and are “quite goofy.” And while just three weeks ago a source said the pair were “not quite” in a relationship, yesterday an insider confirmed Rob and Twigs are “officially an item.”
