Meet Apple employee No. Nine Inch Nails: Trent Reznor.
The NIN frontman and Beats Music’s chief creative officer will remain in that c-level role after Apple closes its $3 billion acquisition of the streaming service and Beats Electronics, despite widely reported rumors that he would immediately abandon the position.
On Monday, Reznor squashed those rumors, telling his 1.7 million followers that he’s “still CCO of Beats Music.”
Reznor joined Beats last year after confirming on Facebook in 2012 that he would be working on “very interesting projects” with Beats executives Dr. Dre, Jimmy Iovine and Luke Wood.
