The Modern Family star showed up to PaleyFest on Sunday rocking shoulder-length locks, which she later explained on Instagram was only because she “got [her] extensions out.” Her tousled blond crop is right on trend with the look it seems everyone in Hollywood, from Kim Kardashian to Lauren Conrad, has been going for this look lately. But don’t expect her shorter hairstyle to be around too long. The actress wrote that she was only keeping it “for a week.”
