“Buffy, prepare to take on The Force. The Hollywood Reporter has learned that Buffy the Vampire Slayer alum Sarah Michelle Gellar has joined the voice cast of Disney XD’s Star Wars Rebels. Details on just which character Gellar will voice on season two of the animated series are being kept under wraps. Exec producer and supervising director Dave Filoni said in making the announcement, “She is a true Star Wars Rebels fan and her passion undoubtedly comes through in the voice recording sessions.”
