The 37-year-old has been happily married to hubby Freddie Prinze Jr. since 2002, and the proud parents plan to take full advantage of the Cali sunshine once their kids get out of school next month. The mother of two is also celebrating Father’s Day today with her family, although she admitted that she doesn’t have any big plans.
