Scott Disick has canceled his scheduled appearance in Las Vegas tomorrow at the Mirage’s One Oak nightclub.
Disick’s decision comes just days after longtime girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian ended their relationship. The breakup followed a month-long partying bender on his end. It culminated in him being photographed in Monte Carlo looking cozy with an ex-girlfriend.
E! News has since learned that Disick checked into a treatment facility upon his return to the States on Sunday, but left after just a few hours. Sources say that his friends are trying to get him to return to rehab to work on his issues.
