E! News has learned that the brunette beauty “is happy” and having a ball in New York City with several of her friends.
A source close to the singer adds that she and Justin Bieber are not together, but that they are still close friends.
The source said, “There will forever be an emotional connection for them, but they don’t have a title to their relationship. He is not her boyfriend, but the feelings are always going to be there.”
Our insider added that Gomez “is trying to move on with her life and focus on her.”
And speaking of moving on, the “Come & Get It” crooner was spotted getting snuggly with a male model pal, Tanz Watson.
