The frequently asked questions section on Coachella ‘s website calls the devices “narsisstic”; Lollapalooza’s site compares selfie sticks to camera accessories like monopods or tripods, which are also banned from the festivals. Coachella and Lollapalooza are also banning hula hoops, Sharpie markers and drones.
