Less than a week after she reportedly silenced her estranged husband Nick Cannon, a newly single (and beaming!) Mariah Carey stepped out for dinner in Manhattan. Carey, wearing a little black dress under a shiny leather trench coat, smiled and posed for photographers as she exited the restaurant and headed to her car last night in New York City. The “Hero” singer’s sunny disposition however, was not shared by ex Cannon.
