The reality star may have given birth only just a few days ago, but the new mother of two is on the move and back at home with close friends and family by her side. She was seen entering her New Jersey home wearing black leggings paired with sneakers, a sweatshirt and a baseball cap. Her signature red locks were swept back into a ponytail as she greeted her soon-to-be two-year-old son, Lorenzo, at the door of her house.
