The She’s All That star confirmed the news on Thursday , saying, “We’re as happy as we were surprised by this wonderful news! We haven’t slept since 2013 and welcome advice from all parents who survived Two Under Two.” Rachael is just the latest in a crop of everyon’s favorite ’90s TV and movie stars to announce their second pregnancies recently.
